"The managing director of the company wanted something that signified a change in state/temperature. Hence the cycling between two colours. (it's also based on the degree symbol). We also went with blue as the primary colour because our competitors all use red, orange or yellow.

Every time I look at it I see a hanging todger on the right! Maybe make the circle complete at the top? Any feedback or advice is appreciated."
